We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or experience an issue, please review the policy below.
Cooling-Off Period (Online Orders Only)
If you placed your order online, you have 14 days from the date you receive your goods to notify us that you wish to return them. This is your statutory cooling-off period.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Condition of Returned Goods
You are responsible for returning the goods to us:
- In their original packaging
- With all parts, accessories and documentation included
- In a condition that allows them to be fully resaleable
You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
If returned goods are damaged, incomplete, or not in a resaleable condition, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly to reflect any loss in value.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your goods arrive damaged or develop a fault, please notify us as soon as possible. In these cases, we will arrange collection at no cost to you and provide a full refund or replacement as appropriate.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, refunds will be processed within 10ā15 working days.
For valid online returns within the cooling-off period, we will refund:
- The full purchase price of the goods
- The original standard delivery charge
Refunds may be reduced if the goods are not returned in a fully resaleable condition.
